For people with more than one Google calendar
One link for all your calendars
Availashare merges the calendars from your personal, work and side-project Google accounts into one feed. You hand out a single link. Whoever has it subscribes once and always sees your current schedule, with as much or as little detail as you choose.
Free for up to 2 calendars. Read-only access to your calendars. No card needed.
Three calendars in three accounts
- Work, full details
- Personal, busy only
- Side project, full details
One link, subscribed in any calendar app
How it works
-
Connect your calendars
Each Google account connects with read-only access to its calendars, and any other calendar joins by the address it publishes. Availashare cannot create, change or delete an event.
-
Choose what goes in
Switch on the calendars to include. For each one you pick full details or busy only, and you can filter events by keyword.
-
Share one link
Paste the link into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Availashare refreshes the feed every 15 minutes, and you can revoke the link whenever you want.
Why not share from Google Calendar?
Google shares one calendar at a time, from one account at a time. Someone who wants to see when you are free has to collect several links, ask each of your accounts for access, and still ends up with separate calendars that do not line up.
Availashare publishes one feed with everything you chose to include, already merged. The person on the other side adds it once and never thinks about it again.
Why not a booking page?
A booking page is for people who want to take a slot. A calendar feed is for the people who plan around you every week: a partner, an assistant, a co-founder, a team. They want to see your days, not fill them.
Availashare gives them a calendar that sits next to their own, in the app they already use, with only the details you decided to show.
What you control
Detail per calendar
Show the full titles from your work calendar and only "Busy" from your personal one, inside the same feed.
Several links, revoked one by one
Create a full-details link and a busy-only link for the same calendar. Revoking one leaves the others working.
Filters
Keep or drop events by keyword, skip all-day, declined or free events, and prefix titles so subscribers know where an event comes from.
Any calendar app
The link is a standard calendar feed. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and anything else that subscribes to a URL can read it.
See what they see
Month, week and list views show exactly what subscribers receive, coloured by source calendar.
Nothing fetched live
Availashare copies your events every 15 minutes. A subscriber's app never touches your Google account, and a Google hiccup leaves the feed stale rather than broken.
Pricing
A calendar is a Google calendar you include in a virtual calendar. It counts once however many virtual calendars or links use it.

What Availashare reads and keeps
- Availashare asks Google for read-only access to your calendars. It cannot create, change or delete events.
- It keeps a copy of the events from the calendars you include, from 30 days ago to 180 days ahead, so your feeds work without calling Google each time a subscriber refreshes.
- It encrypts the Google tokens it stores and uses your calendar data only to build your feeds. Nothing is analysed for advertising or passed to anyone else.
- Disconnect an account and its tokens, calendar list and events are deleted at once. Delete your Availashare account and everything goes with it.
- Anyone who holds a share link can read that feed, so treat a link like a key. The privacy notice has the details.
Questions
- Does the person I share with need a Availashare account?
- No. A share link is a calendar feed. They add it to the calendar app they already use and nothing else is needed.
- What do subscribers see?
- Exactly what you let through: for each calendar, either the full event or a block that says "Busy". The calendar view on your side shows you the same thing.
- How quickly do changes show up?
- Availashare copies your events every 15 minutes, or at once when you press "Sync now". Google Calendar then refreshes a subscribed feed on its own schedule, usually every few hours and up to a day. Apple Calendar and Outlook let the subscriber choose the interval.
- Can I stop sharing?
- Revoke the link from the calendar's page and it stops answering immediately. Other links to the same calendar keep working.
- Which calendars can Availashare read?
- Any calendar an account owns or that was shared with it with event details. A calendar shared with you as "see only free/busy" cannot be read through Google's API, so connect the account that owns it or ask for details access.
- Can I add Outlook or iCloud calendars?
- Yes. Any calendar that publishes an address, from iCloud, Outlook, a booking tool or a timetable, can be added by its link and merged like a Google calendar. Availashare fetches it every 15 minutes and stores the address encrypted.
